PROFILE ASSESSMENTS

The keys to hiring winners is taking the next step beyond just knowing the candidates skills, conducting reference checks and the "gut feel" during interviews . . . hiring winners through the use of assessments helps you understand the individual's compatibility for the job. After all, using a complete set of tools in making intelligent hiring decisions saves money in the long run and helps ensure productivity from the start.

Here are a few profile assessments offered through Aegis Technical Resources. These profiles can be administered through Aegis's office, or may be set up on-line at the client's main office - as well as each branch office. Client personnel can be trained as administrators of these profiles to save time.

Profiles Performance Indicator (PPI) is designed to provide an individual and/or their supervisor with information about that individual's significant behavioral tendencies and preferred style for performing their job.

Profiles Team Analysis (PTA) effectively analyzes a team made up of a leader and up to twelve team members measuring twelve critical factors that are important to team success.

ProfilesXT is designed to facilitate achieving the best possible job fit. Clients typically use the ProfileXT to develop effective work teams, design optimal training programs based on style of learning, help supervisors determine which approach will work best for the employee and helps develop succession plans.

Customer Service Perspective helps select individuals who will be successful in fulfilling the service needs of your customers.

Profiles Sales Indicator may be used to evaluate a match based on competitiveness, self-reliance, persistence, energy and sales drive. Additionally, this profile measures critical behaviors such as prospecting, closing the sale, call reluctance, self starting, working with a team, building and maintaining relationships and compensation preference.

The Step One Survey is a two-part survey measuring
honesty, reliability, drug-free and work ethics.

Checkpoint 360 is a process used to help managers become more effective. Managers receive feedback from the full circle of people with whom they interact. The reports explain how to improve training, management techniques and communication for greater success.

Additional Assessment tools:

Personality Profile gives you insight into the candidate's key characteristics and personality trait.

Sales Aptitude is used to evaluate whether the candidate understands how to sell and their compensation preferences.

Personnel Test (WPT) measures general cognitive ability - the level at which an individual learns, understands instructions and solves problems. This provides quantitative insight into how easily individuals can be trained, how well they can adjust and solve problems on the job and how satisfied the candidate is likely to be with the demands of the job.
