position. We know your time is valuable, so each candidate goes through
a preliminary "profiling" process to secure only those employees
who possess the, technical skills, analytical skills and strong desires
to succeed.
Before you are presented with a candidate, Aegis will:
1. Complete a profile indicating a complete list of the candidate's
skills
2. Conduct a personality profile to determine the candidate's characteristics
and how this fits with the company
3. Conduct an aptitude test to determine cognitive ability
4. Review background and references
Additionally, we are so confident in our process Aegis will provide
options for payment of direct hires. Clients may chose the traditional
front end payment at a discounted rate with the standard ninety day
guarantee, or, the may chose the standard rate and spread the payments
over twelve months - at no financial obligation. Now that's confidence!!!
