CANDIDATES
Aegis Technical Resources serves as an agent for its clients to
secure the "good fit" for technical positions. This encompasses
not only the technical skills necessary to fulfill the job requirements,
but how well the candidate fits within the company's management
philosophy. Our goal with Aegis is to help facilitate a long term
relationship.
Your involvement with Aegis is without obligation. We will assist
you in your search for employment, or a new challenge, and truly
want to help you secure a position with a company in which you will
feel fulfilled professionally as well as secure in a good relationship.
We ask the candidate to work with us in helping find the "good
fit". These are typically some of the requirements:
First, you need to submit a current resume - ideally your objective
should state your desire relative to a specific position. If you
are not applying to a specific job initially, this may need to be
altered at a later time.
Second, in the text of your email in which you are submitting
your resume, please include an overview of the type position you
most desire and a brief synopsis of your past successes which relate
to the desired position. Additionally, please include whether you
are open to relocation, is travel with the job acceptable and your
salary requirements (please give a range and we understand salary
is usually dependent on the job and location).
Finally, at the time of a possible fit, you will be contacted
by Aegis to discuss the opportunity BEFORE we submit your information
to a client. You will then be asked to complete the following:
a. Complete a summary of experience which supports your experience
to the specific job.
b. You will be asked to complete a set of profile assessments
c. Submit three to five business references
